A Small, Family-Owned Tampa Handyman Company

I'm Landon Skiles. My family moved to the Tampa Bay area, and I started Spot On Improvements in June 2026 to provide for us. It's a one-person business: my wife helps out and a bookkeeper keeps the books, but I'm the one on every job.

Why I Care About Quality

I focus on quality because I have an eye for it, and it's what I'd want if someone were working on my house. I care about how the job looks long after I've packed up.

When I leave, it should look like it was supposed to when it was new, not like it was patched. That takes a little more time, and I price my work fairly so I can do it right every time. This is how I provide for my family, so every job is one I'm proud to put my name on.
